Thank you to American Forces Network (AFN) for airing a hot spot on 24 April 2012, titled “Roger That: Pelvic Protection System”. The Army’s pelvic protection system is for Soldiers on the ground facing IED threats. The two-layer system protects the pelvis, groin, femoral arteries and lower abdominal organs.
