Lt. Col. Jon Rickey, Product Manager for PEO Soldier’s Protective Equipment Program Management Office, recently attended the launch of the Infinite Hero Foundation held at the National Geographic Society Museum in Washington, D.C. The Infinite Hero Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds to meet the needs of military heroes and their families. The first project of Infinite Hero is to support Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder outreach programs through a partner non-profit, the Armed Forces Foundation. The Armed Forces Foundation is dedicated to providing comfort and solace to members of the military community through financial support, career counseling, housing assistance and recreational therapy programs. The programs are offered free of service to active-duty and retired personnel, National Guard, Reserve components, and their loved ones. Pictured with Lt. Col. Rickey are Lt. Col. Shawna McGowan, Chief of Airman Clothing and Individual Equipment for the U.S. Air Force and Rear Adm. Tom Copeman, Chief of Legislative Affairs for the U.S. Navy.
